The house is fully furnished to a high standard. Our attention to cleanliness and presentation is of a high standard and we strive to provide a relaxing and complete holiday experience. Some local services include patrolled beaches, surf clubs, cafes and restaurants and all amenities within 5 minute walk. The tropical gardens are a wonderful haven and surround a huge tiled in-ground pool that provides a loads of room for poolside entertainment or just relaxation. You will find yourself feeling as though you are on a tropical island. This charming area is a beautiful setting for entertainment and gatherings of families.

Your dogs and pets are also welcome. We provide a secure area to the rear or the fenced area to the front of the house for them to freely roam. This Dog Friendly property is fully fenced. We provide complete garden fencing that provides privacy and safety of your pets and children with an appropriately secured large area to play and roam from the front gate to the back door. The back area can be secured with the side gates to separate your pooches, if needed.  Alternatively you can just keep them in the back area of the house with a garden. Security screens are fitted to all doors and windows for you and your pet’s safety. Bedrooms, The house has a total of 3 bedrooms. The Master Bedroom and Bedroom 2 have Queen sized beds and the third bedroom has 3 Single size beds. All of the bedrooms have sufficient built-in wardrobe space. Bathrooms, Both bathrooms have been recently renovated and the main bathroom has a bath and shower while En-suite Bathroom off the Master Bedroom. The main bathroom is spacious with natural sunlight. Inclusions:

  • We provide reverse cycle air conditioning.
  • There are ceiling fans included in all living room areas and Bedrooms.
  • Cardiffair circulation system is centrally located to create a cooling effect throughout the house.
  • An AUSTAR TV for entertainment.
  • A large flat screen television, a DVD player and complete Stereo system.
  • A Free local telephone for your convenience.
  • Internet access.
  • Table tennis (Ping Pong) table, games and books.
  • A fully equipped kitchen including electrical appliances, utensils, crockery, dishwasher, microwave etc.
  • Laundry with washing machine, clothes dryer and iron.
  • Complimentary starter pack of cleaning products, detergents etc.
  • A gas BBQ is located in the Outdoor Entertaining area adjacent the pool.

Ample parking: Single Garage plus a carport and also an area for your boat/trailer or caravan at the front of the property.

LAUNDRY AND CONSUMABLE INVENTORY provided:

Linen and Consumable Inventory: Bed Linen, pillows and cases, blankets, one bath towel for each guest, one foot towel and one hand towel in each bathroom, 2 tea towels and 2 dog towels. A one off $30 linen charge is applied to each booking. Extra linen can be provided at an extra cost or you can simply bring your own extras. It is requested that you bring your own Beach Towels as these are not provided. There are products provided to get you started with cleaning and laundry.
