Seasons greetings from Coolum Beach Pet Friendly Holiday Houses. When you visit be sure to check out Coolum Flicks in the Park – it’s dog friendly too. Visit www.Pethols.com.au to see other things to do. Lookout for more posts about events to visit while you’re staying at Coolum Ocean Views and Coolum Boutique Tree House during school holidays. Enjoy and have fun. Maureen x
It’s whale watching season. Humpback whales begin their southern migration in September and October. Check them out from our Coolum Beach Pet Friendly Holiday houses. Or perhaps stroll to Point Perry two hundred metres down the street or walk to the new whale watching platform at Second Bay. Lookout for tell-tale spouts – tail slapping – and full body breaches. We supply binoculars in both houses. Good luck and enjoy.
Such a place for our baby moon! So rare to find accommodation that is so beautiful and secure fencing for our fur baby 🐶 Loved the dog beach and highly recommend Castros Resturant! Sarah and Dean &(Lucy x) February 2019
Loved our stay. Loved watching the whales in the afternoon from the deck with a glass of wine. Quite a treat! Our family enjoyed their time here. Thank you so much. Donna Weston October 2018

Wow! What a trip. A seaplane ride from the Maroochy River over the Sunshine Coast was an awesome adventure to view our beautiful beaches from around 450 metres. A magical experience. Take-off and landing are from the Maroochy River. We did this trip with the doors off to add spice to the adventure. A big thank you to Shawn our pilot from Paradise Seaplanes.
Something different and just a close drive from Pet Friendly Holiday Houses in Coolum Beach. The Ginger Flower and Food Festival is an incredible celebration of all that is local to Queensland’s Sunshine Coast which can be enjoyed by the whole family. Delight the senses. This year’s free event will welcome guests to The Ginger Factory, for three glorious days of fabulous flowers, delicious food and entertainment for all. Friday, January 22, 2016 to Sunday, January 24, 2016. Enjoy. Regards, Maureen and Richard
