What fun! An afternoon at the Mount Coolum Golf Club. A fantastic excursion for the whole family. Beautiful scenery, great exercise and the opportunity to pit your skills against dad. You might even see some wildlife along the way. The buggies are great fun too. It’s only a few minutes drive away from Pet Friendly Holiday Houses Coolum Beach Point Lookout. Check it out 17 Lumeah Drive, Mt Coolum Queensland 45 73 Phone: 0415 463 338 website www.mtcoolumgolf.com/golf/
Here’s our crew … and here’s some shots of the course …
All the best Maureen and Richard (Maureen is on the right of the picture)
Our dogs provide unconditional love and loyalty. We sometimes take them for granted. Always welcoming and excited to see you. Ready to play and enjoy fun with the family. Happy to soak up your company and stay by your side whether you are rich, poor, happy or sad. They are always there for you. Here’s a short clip of our dog Tess enjoying a walk on the beach. A ball and a swim just adds that extra magic. They like to come on holiday with you.
We wish all our guests a Happy New Year. Remember if you are staying at Point Lookout or are close by be sure to check out the New Year’s Eve festivities at Coolum Beach. It should be a fantastic evening but remember this year the Fireworks are at 8pm only as it will be High Tide at Midnight. The Lions Club of Coolum will be having rides, sausage sizzle, popcorn, fairy floss etc. Bring the family along for a great night. Have fun.
All the best, Maureen and Richard West

It’s approximately a 40 minute drive from the holiday house and is located at the Big Kart Track, 2310 Steve Irwin Way, Landsborough 4550 tel: 07 5494 1613. Website bigkart.com.au. Have fun.

Here’s us …
From Pet Friendly Holiday Houses Point Lookout a beautiful walk along the beach cliff track leads to Point Arkwright. It takes about an hour to walk there and back. Here’s a shot of sunrise from Point Arkwright but at this time of year you have to be there early to catch the magic of the early morning sun …
Hi to all those guests coming to Point Lookout, pet friendly holiday house at Coolum Beach during Christmas. Don’t tell the kids but Santa has already been spotted checking out his secret trail through the gardens that lead to the house … if you’re quiet and watchful you might even see Father Christmas yourself.
