Thank you for choosing our Coolum Beach Holiday House.  We wish you an enjoyable stay.

The following information has been put together to help make your stay a fantastic experience.

SURFING BEACH

The closest patrolled beach to COOLUM OCEAN VIEWS is approx 5 minutes’ drive or a short walk down the hill to Point Perry then walk toward town along the beautiful coastal boardwalk to the Surf Club. The club offers all club facilities including restaurant, live music, pokies and bar.

For a quieter beach turn to the right at Point Perry to sunbake and surf at First Bay.

COOLUM DOG FRIENDLY BEACHES

ON LEASH All beaches at Coolum are dog friendly except between the surf lifesaving flags on the main beach.

OFF LEASH Just north of the Caravan Park Beach ACCESS 67 to ACCESS 72 which is approx one KM north of Stumers Creek.

DOGS

Pets are allowed inside our holiday house but not on the furniture please. All dog droppings to be cleaned up prior to departure please.

SHOPS

Coles located in central Coolum past the surf club and left into Birtwell Street.

Woolworths Located back towards the Motorway os on South Coolum Road.

NON SMOKING

Strictly NO SMOKING inside the house.  Please use ashtrays provided and smoke outside.

BBQ

Please turn gas cylinder off at the cylinder for safety and leave BBQ clean. A spare full gas cylinder is located outside under the laundry window if required.

GARBAGE COLLECTION

Please place General Refuse bin out every Sunday evening and Recycle bin every second week.

AIR CONDITIONING

Ideal Summer Temperatures 23-24 degrees

Ideal Winter Temperatures 25-26 degrees

Please ensure all windows and doors are closed when Air Con is in use.
