Our stay at the Coolum Treehouse at Coolum Beach was unforgettable. This architectural retreat instantly disconnects you from the outside world, immersing you in the serenity of the Pacific Ocean and the sweeping Coolum coastline.

Great little gem at Coolum Beach. We had a lovely stay over Christmas. It was perfect for us as it was dog-friendly and there is an off-leash section on the beach as well, so they can run around and socialise with other dogs. Very conveniently located, as shops and eateries are close by. The premises were clean and offered all we needed. Would definitely book again and stay here. Lucus and Janet Spoel December 2026

Absolutely Fabulous 5 star super reasonably priced spotlessly clean and comfortable 1 bedroom stand alone house in Coolum. Up nice & high so lovely views as well as beautiful breezes. Maureen and Richard are wonderful hosts and they ensure there is nothing more to need for a stay here. We have stayed here now 5 times over the past 4 years and will keep on coming back as its so handy for us. We live in Coffs Harbour so its a nice easy day drive to get to the lovely Sunshine Coast. Our little 4 legged spoilt child Daizy loves it as well & to be able to have her with us in such a wonderful apartment in such a wonderful location is priceless.
A nice big carport is lovely to protect the car as well as providing shelter when coming home from sun or rain.
There are wonderful dog friendly beaches close by as well as cafes with brilliant coffee and some great restaurants. But there is also a coffee machine provided and of course a very well appointed kitchen for those

The Treehouse is wonderful as soon as you walk in and see the view any stress just melts away. The location is perfect & peaceful. It has everything you need provided. Close to lovely bush walks & to Coolum’s beautiful beaches as well as 2 golf course if that takes you fancy. The best part is the fur kids can have a holiday as well and they love it just as much as we do. Easy access for older fur kids (and humans)
Maureen and Richard are always friendly and helpful we feel so welcomed. They always go above and beyond. Great recommendations and insight into the local area.

Top of our list was a holiday house where we could have our dog Emmy with us and an ocean view. We had it all!! I have told so many friends and they were amazed that we stayed at this beautiful house with all our needs wrapped up including the sound of the surf and being able to view the ocean from the lounge dining, kitchen and even through the house from the back deck and BBQ area. What a fantastic time we had at this dog friendly holiday house. The house and studio were a great opportunity to share our holiday with extended family.
14 wonderful days  with our cavoodle and family with plenty of room for us all. The house and studio were super clean and had everything we needed for our stay plus some things that make self catering really easy but like plenty of dish washing liquid, laundry detergent, dishwasher tablets, Hand soap, BBQ oil, cling wrap, alfoil, salt and pepper, etc. Also some games and books in the cupboard (I traded a book I brought with me and finished for one I found in the cupboard)   Maureen and Richard were a pleasure to  communicate with and will go back ASAP. Maureen and Richard have made it possible to experience a beautiful part of Coolum Beach. The holiday house has everything that you need to have a super relaxing and fuss free break. There are at least 3 pristine beaches withing walking distance and a bush walk that you and your dog can enjoy. We loved our stay at your Long beach property. The space is brand new and well appointed with the biggest and softest king bed. The easy walk to the surf club, beach and dog beach enhanced our holiday experience. Thank you for your support in casting our phone to the TV so that we could watch our Netflix account. Will definitely be returning next year.

We stayed at the start of December and it was our second stay at the tree house in Coolum. It is such a tranquil, relaxing place to stay, with spectacular views and best of all, our fur baby gets to come along! The property has everything we need for a week away, is a quick walk to the local beach, or a 10 minute walk to the main strip in Coolum. We loved our stay and would highly recommend this property to anyone with that is looking for a nice place to stay, with a pet (very hard to find!). We had the best weekend away in your Pet Friendly Coolum Ocean Views property.  We loved all the aspects of the house and  location.  Just short walk to beach shops so handy. Coolum community very pet friendly for our doggies. Loved the cafes and shops. We would highly recommend your property to any family especially with pets. This property is in a fantastic location – mere walking minutes from the beach, restaurants and a lovely boardwalk along the coast. The house is comfortable with all the amenities you need for a stay. Self-contained flat on the ground floor and two comfortable rooms upstairs.  Communication with the hosts were great and there is a lovely book compiled with all the relevant local information. The ocean view was excellent from our holiday house at Coolum Beach, The perfect spot to sit and enjoy the ocean and beautiful sea breezes.
